.@AmericanAir why do you not allow users to “spend” miles to upgrade seats like other airlines? Also, why did I have to wait two hours on hold to learn this? I realize you have a lot of frequent fliers, but as platinum level this is just terrible customer service

@dieworkwear 25 years ago someone at work said I was “just a piece of baloney stuck between two pieces of white bread” during a disagreement about backlog reporting. To this day I don’t know what she meant? Is that a common saying anywhere??!
