Why can't we make a @centrelinkgovau appointment online? 40+mins on the phone just to make an appointment, it's nuts... Everything else is online @ServicesGovAU ... I'll just go to Geelong Centrelink and jump the queue I guess as the phone line is hit and misseven taking calls...
