@nocontextfm1 It has to be tittle challenger or top 5 to get good results and possibly stats, in a shitty team their development will stagnate even if the league is better than the one where they can challenge for tittles, or so I believe from experience

@nocontextfm1 Send them on loan to a good team, tittle challenger on a decent league for their level with excellent training facilities and, if possible, qualified to European competition. It has to be a league where they can be a star but competitive enough, they develop A LOT.
