Hey @Patreon.
I've noticed that you are taking 20% of my earnings because of tax reasons, taxes that i already pay outside of your service
When i noticed in December, i updated my RFC in your Site because as you say in your terms of service

"It’s important to provide your RFC now if you have one. Updates to RFC status will be made from the first of the month after the month you provide a valid RFC"

this way, as you say
"With an RFC (individual): 1% of your earnings will be withheld." instead of the 20%

The 1st of Jan, i noticed that the tax was still being deducted, even though i have updated all my information

I tried to seek support because as you say:

"Changes cannot be made to withholdings made in the current month or previous months."
And i didn't want to lose more this month

i was ignored, marked as solved and no email sent to me telling me what i could do to solve it

So, i'm seeking your help here, because i see that you don't care about private emails nor messages
Its been 16 days of "withholding" and about $100 of unfairly deducted money that i'm loosing because of YOUR indifference
