@BTBusiness I placed an order on 11 Apr'25. After 6 weeks & contacting BT almost daily in the last 3 weeks, my 1st appt still isn't booked.

This is appalling - its delayed a move into a new office. I've raised a complaint + escalated within BT, nothing works #customerService

@BTBusiness @BTBusiness for anyone interested in an update on this, I still haven't had my first installation appointment (8 weeks since order). BT is organized enough though to be chasing me for bills for broadband which isn't yet live....

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness you simply directed me in the DM's back to your compliants team and now your team has told me due to a system error my order has been cancelled and will be re-added in the next 72 hours. To anyone reading, avoid using BT Business like the plague
