This initiative aims to eliminate dead zones, ensuring you're connected wherever you are, whether on land or at sea. For instance, in Ukraine, Starlink has partnered with Kyivstar to launch messaging services by late 2025, followed by voice and data services.

By turning satellites into space-based cell towers, Starlink's Direct to Cell service enhances global connectivity, making it easier to stay connected in remote or underserved areas.
