By choice it was not wanted if farmers wanted it the corn growers would have had lots of money & members it did not. I have always been against it. It’s time for a change back to how it use to be. I am pushing the state to change legislation to allow the farmers to opt out of pay
The Indiana corn growers before the check off was a small group with very little money that farmers didn’t donate to & had very few members. When Mitch was gov they were able to bs the state legislature into passing a law creating the check off.
A lot of farmers did not know they could get their money back from Indiana corn checkoff until now. It’s time to Change the law here in Indiana. They should not be allowed to pull our money out it’s a tax on farmers that does nothing
Unlead 88 is mistake the ethanol industry is allowing the oil companies to take a dirtier fuel & blend it with ethanol causing a lot of issues. It should be made a 91-93 octane & would be cheaper & better then 87 octane fuel #stopcheckoff
Indiana corn should be able to provide total number of gallons of e85 sold for the last 10 years in the state how stations have e85 currently how many have stopped selling e85 what are total e15 sales
We need to look at repealing corn & bean check offs. These are a tax on the farmer. They should be voluntary by the farmers. If they want to put money into them should be their choice
We are in favor of senate bill 303 here in Indiana. Hopefully the governor signs this bill. It promotes labeling of e15 & Is positive for the #ethanol industry. Call your reps in support of this
If you support ethanol can you explain to me why you no longer call ethanol by its name & now are calling everything biofuels @emilyskor@GrowthEnergy . How can fighter help explain ethanol ?
