Any with any experience? I applied on Friday, was advised I should have my passport back within 3-5 working days?

I saw this happen first hand Friday last week!

@MithileShah @DGCAIndia @CPVIndia @cgisydney Yes they can, so can those on tourists visa. DGC flight restrictions have nothing to do with entering the country, that is down to visas, restrictions on visas has partially been lifted. If you have a valid visa and can get a flight, you can travel!
