Практический совет как не углубляться в сон (иллюзию разделения).

Любое противостояние, конфликт, спор происходит всегда между двумя мнениями, установками, верами. Даже мысленно, ты противопоставляешь два отрывка своей памяти...

... Всё что ты помнишь это часть тебя. Всё что видишь вокруг это часть тебя. И опровергая это, ты порождаешь две иллюзии себя которые находятся в противостоянии.
Так происходит, когда ты на любое создание глядишь или думаешь с каким угодно чувством кроме любви.
