WE'RE QUICKLY HEADED FOR 2020 PRICES!

TRREB Freehold prices for the first 11 days of Sept. are lower, by far, than any other month since Jan. 2021.

You'd need to go back to 2020 to find a similar avg. price.

If Sept. finishes like this, it's game over!
