Hello, my friend reached out to [email protected] to add me as an alternative pick up on the VIP Soundcheck ticket she bought for me, for the BTS concert in July, but they’re gotten back to her saying -

Unfortunately the only way to transfer any form of ticket is through the transfer option. We cannot add a pickup onto the order for tickets to be collected unless these are to be collected at the Box Office which is not an option of ticket delivery for this event.
