مفيش trick ولا حاجه كل الى انت محتاجه:
- اعمل معاد/روتين للنوم تروح فيه تنام حتى لو فى ويك ايند و يفضل ثابت وليكن من 10-6 علشان تنام ٨ ساعات
- ابعد عن اى شاشه على الاقل ساعه قبل معاد النوم
- هدى الاضاءات قبل النوم
- درجه حراره الغرفه يفضل تبقى بارده
- اخر حاجه ابعد الموبيل او المنبه بعيد عن السرير
الموضوع فى الاول هيبقى صعب ومش هيظبط علطول بس بمجرد ما يظبط انت كده خلاص جسمك هيبقى اتعود على معاد النوم وهتصحى من غير مجهود

والله يا جماعة بتبقا فيتشر متوسطة الواحد بيقعد ياخد ويدي فيها مع كلود ساعات ويقعد يراجع ويجرب وراه ميت مرة عشان ميلبسش خازوق بسبب ان كلود استهبل في حاجة او فهم غلط

معرفش الناس اللي بتقول الكلام بتاع هيبدلنا وهنقع والناس تبني الproducts بتاعتهم شايفين ايه مش شايفينه والله

يعني الا لو حاجة تافهة يخلص في يوم مثلا prompting فلا مفيش الكلام ده ومش هيحصل والله هيطلع مش production ready بأي شكل من الاشكال
