This country is not safe again

Thieves broke into my aunt's house around 2 a.m. yesterday. They used a razor blade to cut through the window net and stole her son's iPhone 14 Pro Max, which he had only bought a few weeks ago.

When she called the phone, someone answered and demanded ₦150,000 before
The phone can be returned.

She refused, so they reduced the amount to ₦50,000. She pretended she was willing to pay and asked them to send their account number, but they said they would rather call it out over the phone. She recorded the conversation, including their voices and the account details they provided.

The account they shared appears to belong to a POS agent.

She doesn't know the best way to track them or report this effectively. If you have any helpful suggestions or have experienced something similar, please share your advice in the comments.

We have two female NYSC corps members serving in our Office.

One is very friendly. She greets everyone, gets along with the staff, and people genuinely enjoy working with her.

The other can be quite rude. Staff members complain about her attitude regularly.

They’ll be passing out soon, and our boss asked HR to evaluate them because he wants to retain only one person.

The rude one is exceptionally smart. She joined the marketing department and has already closed a deal, while the friendly one is still learning and trying to figure out the job.

If they retain the rude one, she’ll likely produce great results, but her attitude is a major concern.

HR asked everyone for their opinion. Out of 10 staff members, 8 said they shouldn’t retain her. One person even volunteered to train the friendly one. 😂
