For the Bears and Packers fans claiming it's disrespectful to bring up Mike Ditka wearing a Packers sweater because he's passed away, you're missing the entire point! This is a real picture, not a "mock up" mocking him.

This is part of the HISTORY of one of the greatest rivalries in NFL history!

Back in 2015, Mike Ditka wore a Green Bay Packers sweater for a McDonald's commercial, and Bears fans were FURIOUS!

But here's where it gets funny!

The Packers were undefeated at 6–0 before the commercial aired. After Ditka appeared wearing that sweater, the Packers lost three straight games.

Suddenly, those same Bears fans who were furious were celebrating and calling it the "Ditka Curse," claiming he'd jinxed the Packers!

Ditka himself thought the commercial was funny and didn't feel he owed anyone an apology.

So let's get something straight. Remembering moments like this isn't disrespecting Mike Ditka. It's remembering his personality, his sense of humor, and the history of the Bears-Packers rivalry.

It's football history, folks. Rivalry banter doesn't suddenly become disrespectful just because someone has passed away.
