Your suggestion that physician compensation is tied to what is written on a death certificate is vile (and completely false). As a hospice physician I have NEVER been compensated for what I write or don't write for cause of death. Please shut your mouth. @joniernst
Nicht: Wie kann ich den Tod verhindern? Sondern: Wie wollen Sie leben? Spannender Podcast von @Race2Value Race2Value mit @IhrigMD , einem der #PalliativeCare-Vordenker in den USA. https://t.co/5UswSC0bkm
This is so difficult to watch but I urge you to if you can.
An elderly man pushed over by Buffalo PD...he's bleeding.
An officer leans down and is told to move on by another officer.
Then the Buffalo PD tells the media that the man tripped...which is a clear lie

The irony of healthcare is that elderly, ill people don’t cost a lot of money because they are elderly and ill. They cost so much because of what healthcare systems do “to” them that has little effect on their overall quality or length of life.
A wonderful opportunity for sharing, learning and elevating the care narrative. Thank you Ilya Nejdanov for engaging - I appreciate the platform and connecting with so many who are challenging the healthcare norm for the better.

The aged and ill are not the most costly b/c they are aged and ill. Its b/c of what healthcare does TO them (and usually at the expense of quality and length of life).
Important discussion with Sirius XM Top of Mind host Julie Rose. The discussion is about how you want to live. Thank you Julie for the opportunity to share some thoughts.
