Today, I have joined the Christian faithful at ACK St. Phillips and Mary Magdalene Church in Gachie, Kiambaa Constituency, Kiambu County, for a church service.
I thank God for another day to come together and praise and worship Him.
God bless Kenya.
What a great evening with my brothers and sisters from Meru during the “Twine Cietu” festival. This served me with great memories of my late mother’s land.
Celebrating our culture and heritage reminds us of who we are, our roots, and our heritage.
It was great to pay homage to our great Mau Mau freedom fighters: Field Marshal Mwariama, born in Muthara, Tigania East; Field Marshal Baimungi, a.k.a. M’Marete wa M’Ikandi, born in Katheri, Imenti Central; General Ruku, a.k.a. M’Ikiara wa Nyonta, of Katheri, Imenti Central; and General Nkobia (Kabika, wife of Mwariama).
Congratulations to Kamanu Ntotuamwari for his quest to organize this rich extravaganza in our towns and cities. It feels good to feel at home away from home.
It was my pleasure catching up with my brother Hon. Peter Munya.
God Bless Kenya. God bless Meru.

I was raised in a loving home by both of my parents. Growing up with respect and dignity, I didn't experience childhood trauma, and I never saw my parents fight.
I am not damaged, I know how to love correctly and recognize when I am not being loved correctly. I cannot be with people who are going through traumatic experiences,
I am not a therapist, and it is not my responsibility. I protect my mental health at all times. I am a very happy person and have good sense of humor 😁
