@celestialysia0 I believe he'd be affected too. Remember, a certain sonic frequency is said to be the weakness of -ALL- Viltrumites. Granted, I believe he'd handle it better.. at first. He probably would momentarily tank it.. then as the sound remains he'd be in as much pain as Mark was.
