Govenor Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) right now is having a town hall with Jake Tapper on CNN.

Every teacher that asks a question, Youngkin thanks them for their occupation.

However, one black teacher asks a question about discrimination towards teachers who are POC and in Youngkin's response he fails to thank that teacher for his profession.

Youngkin banned CRT in schools and here he is doing exactly what CRT teaches. Systemic racism is real, it exists, and it permeates everything, including how we treat each other.

Youngkin is wrong. History needs to be taught in its full glory, not some skewed version that makes him feel more comfortable.
