@Rainmaker1973 It's not just saturated fat...it's the combination of a high saturated fat diet, and high sugar consumption. Saturated fats alone like in a ketogenic diet or carnivore diet do not result in heart disease. When you add sugar your body will metabolize sugar first and store the fat.
@PeteButtigieg Nice try dirt bag, look what you did when you had a chance to improve things here...you did nothing...time to let the big boys take control and you can sit back and watch how things get done.
@GavinNewsom@realDonaldTrump Seriously? Have you even taken a look at your own state? You're probably too stupid to know the saying about those who live in glass houses should not throw rocks.π
@JamiedChandler @LeadingNFL @ItsNotGoneWell * A standard rugby union match is 80 minutes long, divided into two 40-minute halves.
* The average "ball-in-play" time in a rugby match is much higher than in football, typically ranging from 35 to 40 minutes.
@JamiedChandler @LeadingNFL @ItsNotGoneWell The actual playing time in American football is significantly shorter than in a rugby match.
American Football (NFL)
* A typical NFL game the actual time the ball is in play is surprisingly short, often between 15 and 20 minutes.
* This is due to the frequent stoppages in play
@JamiedChandler @LeadingNFL @ItsNotGoneWell Wrong about injuries...harder hits, yes, because of the pads. And American football players don't have the endurance for rugby.
@JamiedChandler @LeadingNFL @ItsNotGoneWell Harder hits and more injuries...very few American football players can play rugby...no endurance, poor tackling skills equal greater injuries when they try to play rugby.
