Statement addressed to @FiveM, @TebexPlatform. We are publicly asking @FiveM to conduct a detailed review of the sanctions imposed on Eleven Project, which are currently preventing us from keeping the server operational. To date, we have received four separate 14-day sanctions for similar reasons. In none of these cases have we been told which specific action, system, or element caused the sanction. The notices only refer broadly to an area of the rules, without providing enough information for us to identify the alleged violation. After each sanction, we have invested considerable time, effort, and resources into reviewing the project, making changes, and ensuring that we comply with the platform’s rules. We want to do things properly and operate fully within @FiveM’s rules and terms. However, if there is no available communication channel and we are not given the specific reasons behind each sanction, we will never know what we are doing wrong or what we need to change to prevent it from happening again. Throughout this process, we have repeatedly tried to contact @FiveM to request an explanation and present our position. After four sanctions, we still have not had the opportunity to speak directly with anyone who can review our case. This situation does not only affect us. Eleven Project had a community of more than 7,000 users playing on the server in Spain. All of them have now lost access to a project they invested time in and actively participated in. It is also causing serious problems with our customers. They paid for our service, but they can no longer access or use it because the server has been suspended. We are responsible for providing them with answers, but we cannot offer a clear explanation because we have not received one ourselves. We are not trying to avoid responsibility or create a public confrontation. If there is a genuine violation, we want to understand it, correct it, and work with @FiveM to ensure it does not happen again. At the very least, we would like to have a point of contact at @FiveM who can review our case, explain what is happening, and guide us through the steps we need to take. We want to comply fully with the rules, but without specific information or an effective communication channel, it is impossible for us to know what needs to be corrected. Eleven Project represents a huge amount of work from an entire team, as well as a community and customers who have placed their trust in us. Our intention is to continue operating within @FiveM’s rules and find a permanent solution to this situation. We would greatly appreciate it if our case could be escalated and reviewed individually. We are simply asking for a clear explanation, a fair review, and the opportunity to work directly with someone from the team so we can resolve any potential issues and continue the project in full compliance with the platform’s rules.
