@JioCare @reliancejio Nobody is interested to work in Indira Nagar, Lucknow area in Jio Fibre department. Still nobody has arrived to fix the wifi. An engineer was assigned for slot 9-10 am this morning. He did not come. They are Assigning again now. I am fed up.

@JioCare @reliancejio the engineer Mohd Rizwaan was assigned and slot was 2-5 pm for today. He did not call or show up. His number was unreachable. I complained then the request was again rescheduled. Customer care also gave me a wrong number. It has been 5 hours !!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Lucknow Jio fibre service is a joke. I think your employees don't take your company seriously. No accountability. If my wifi isn't fixed today I am unsubscribing from all your services- mobile, wifi, jiohotstar, AI everything.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I raised a JioFiber complaint around 1 pm today. Engineer Mohd Rizwan was assigned. He never showed up. Number not reachable. Customer care gave me his second number. The guy said he doesn't work for Jio. Now its 6 pm and I need my wifi fixed.
