A Chinese helicopter reached the root cause of the flood in Nepal and China boarder, the helicopter from China flew to where a glacier broke apart. 🇨🇳🇳🇵

The water that rushed out caused huge damage in Nepal. This is called a GLOF.

A GLOF (Glacial Lake Outburst Flood) happens when a wall of ice or rock holding back a glacial lake suddenly breaks.

All the trapped water bursts out at once.

This is seriously scary. CCTV footage from Gyirong Port in Tibet, China, directly opposite Nepal’s Rasuwa district. This flash flood hit here first and later caused massive havoc in Nepal. Can’t even imagine someone surviving this. Prayers for everyone affected. 🙏
