@Kelthagos But if they use the talent’s name and image, that still counts. Because while the memes are mostly harmless, there’s still people using it for erp, or to have the talents say slurs and other hateful things, which is Very Bad and is grounds to sue on.

@Kelthagos I don’t recall the exact wording, but using AI voice programs go against Cover’s derivative works clause. Fanfiction and art is okay so long as it’s not heavily commercialized, but using their voices is explicitly not allowed.
