I think we see it in how other people act around him. They're relaxed, they crack jokes, they don't hesitate to come to him with problems. They keep checking in on him during these two shifts too, which you don't get by consistently being an asshole. He must be a fun boss.
I addressed this in a tweet last year, but Fisk’s use of the word “vigilante” is similar to how the word “woke” is often used today. Both stripped of their original meanings in favor of prejudice propaganda.
