Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:
“Allāh does not close a door on a slave out of His wisdom except that He opens for him two doors out of His mercy.”

Imām Mālik bin Anas (رحمه الله) said:
"Indeed the wives of the Ṣaḥābah sought the Hereafter, so they did not care about the poverty of their husbands"

Imām Ibn Rajab رحمه الله said:
“Whomsoever is unable to perform hajj for the upcoming year, should magnify (and venerate) the (first) ten days (of Dhul-Hijjah) and perform good deeds at home. This is more virtuous than Jihād, which itself is more virtuous than performing Hajj.”
Today is the 17th of Ramadan, this marks the first major battle against the Quraysh, which the Muslims had won. The Muslims were vastly outnumbered by over 3x won the battle. So I would like to share this hadith:
Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: On the day of Badr, the Messenger-
- has promised you.” Allah Almighty revealed the verse, “When you sought deliverance from your Lord and He answered you: Verily, I will reinforce you with a thousand angels, rank after rank,” (8:9). Thus, Allah reinforced him with the angels.

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:
“Whoever reflects upon the dunya and hereafter will know that he cannot attain one of them except with difficulty, so let him bare the difficulty for the one that is better and more lasting."
