[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Fear is God.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Fear directs individual decision-making, human progress, and international peace.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Fear is the hallmark of living organisms.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Fear is an appropriate behavioral response preserved in the evolutionary generations of human reproduction.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Like love, fear is nothing more than a cerebral chemical reaction.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

A new wave overtakes me, washing my sins away like a bout of dementia.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Storm clouds insist on cloaking me in a new layer of spine chilling water.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

It will be hours or days or weeks before I am in the light again, depending on the chaotic channel the Ocean jettisons me.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

Soon they will be too scarred to see even in the proper light.

[Ilmasai @Ilmasai]

The only difference is that with the lids open, salt and sand particles sink their gritty teeth into irises, functionally blind.
