@CareFirst I am unable to access my profile. I have called Tech Support 2 days in a row. They are very low energy. we used chrome, cleared cache, pop-up windows, etc. etc. They opened a ticket: # INC5165184. Don't know when it will be fixed. Extreme Frustration.

@VerizonSupport I work from the apps as well. These are not hiccups, they’re fundamental failure of trying to combine mobile and Fios to a single sign on. Honestly, it is unbelievably bad. Verizon is better than this. I am considering changing internet providers to not deal with this anymore.

@Verizon the Verizon wireless and the Verizon Fios websites are so messed up. The attempted integration of Fios and Wireless apps is pathetically bad for such a large company. It took me 5 hours to simple change my credit card so my bill could be paid. Very frustrating.
