I’m not political on here - each to their own - but I don’t like manipulation which is what appears to be happening. I don’t want @Keir_Starmer to resign but stay as PM. He was elected and only 1/2 way through. If there’s a challenge then let party members decide. @UKLabour

As someone not particularly political but who voted Starmer can anyone please explain to me why Labour would throw it all away:

- Election majority (most MPs)
- Less than half way through term
- Kept us out of Iran war
- no major disasters

I want stability & the status quo!

Hey @UKLabour I’m not a member of the Labour Party but voted for @Keir_Starmer in the GE and I still support him 100%. We need stability not infighting. Slowly but surely - not grand gestures. Terribly disappointed in @wesstreeting who showed great potential … 1/3

And did well on NHS. Now I see @wesstreeting as self-serving and disloyal. @AndyBurnhamGM had his chance and should not be allowed to ditch his mayoral role. Stupidity to sacrifice a Labour seat for one man’s ambition or a coup. @UKLabour government have done good things but 2/3
