@Finnair Your support insisted it wasn't. I had to detail all of the things I wanted to put on hold, and they still couldn't confirm whether you would accept the items.

The accuracy of service in Singapore is really off compared to other places, eg London.

Is there an issue your end? Or in the data that's published by the bus companies here? The live data they publish at bus stops seems a lot more on point

Can you escalate this? It’s really poor communications so far.

Hi @GrabSG how do you stop the share rides turning into fully a fledged justgrab? It’s like ordering a small pizza, only for a large to turn up with a corresponding bill? Less forgiving folk may consider it a scam.

Why can’t support help with ongoing rides either?

. @MyRepublicSG no data connectivity on mobile today. Messages about pdp errors. After 30mins on hold to support, while taking my fin, I’m transferred to the after support questionnaire. ‘How likely is it I’d recommend you to friends’, not at all.
