Never in my life did I imagine that such gruesome atrocities would be committed against an entire population, watched by the nations of the world, with some even justifying it. What's worse is that the perpetrators themselves were victims of similar persecution in the not so distant past. The need to repeatedly say, "We're the most moral army in the world" can only be because the opposite is true. In fact they're heartless criminals who are guilty of occupation, war crimes, genocide and a modern day holocaust. Shame upon you! Shame!

Sometimes we only have ourselves to blame because we are what’s making us miserable. Stop being negative and stop thinking about all that’s wrong in life. Instead, count the blessings and thank the Almighty. He will reward you with even more.

Are you always unhappy? Do you feel unsettled? Happiness will not come to those who are never grateful for the Almighty’s blessings. This world is not a place where you get exactly what you want. There are many out there who will never have what you have; so be thankful always.

Don’t allow the hectic pace of your life to keep you away from praying. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities. Don’t. Take it in your stride. Don’t trade the connection with your Creator for worldly things. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be heard by Him.

Take time for self-reflection and introspection. Do it for self-development. But the truth is we’re too busy & when we’re not, we’d rather be analysing people’s lives based on what we see on social media. Remember, we learn from experience by reflecting on them.

Avoid complaining about who wronged you and who treated you unfairly. It’s all part of the Almighty’s plan to teach you life lessons; that’s why He allowed it. Once you’ve learnt them, you’ll be ready for new opportunities. He will open new doors for you.

Almighty. Guide us to the best of manners. Grant us sound faith and conviction. Forgive all our sins; the small, the major, those done privately and openly. Grant our soul strength and purify it for You have complete power over every aspect of our existence. Aameen.

Everything is temporary; nothing lasts. You’re on a journey. You’ve not reached your final destination yet. An eternal abode awaits. The Hereafter. So quit stressing over everything that happens. Let the Almighty take over after you’ve done your best.

The Almighty is the Turner of Hearts. He can change things in the blink of an eye. Don’t forget that. He can heal what has been hurting for years in a flash. He can forgive as He wills. Nothing is beyond the Lord of the Worlds. Have faith that things will work out in the end.

Mistakes, regrets and failures are all part of life. Do yourself a favour and don’t dwell on them. Learn the lessons they’re meant to teach you and move on. Life’s too short to be crying over what didn’t work out. The Almighty’s giving you another opportunity. Don’t waste it.

If you’ve done your best & things still don’t work out, move on. Know that the Almighty has something better for you. You may not be able to see it at this point in time, but that’s when you need firm faith. Better things and better days are ahead. Trust!

We live in a world that’s obsessed with gaining more. More wealth, fame, money, attention, friends, etc. We forget to appreciate what we have along the way. Don’t be surprised when the Almighty decides to take away what He’s blessed you with because you were so distracted.

Each time we're hurt, we tend to blame others. It's always someone else's fault. Don’t fall into that trap. Learn to be accountable. Take charge of your life and your own shortcomings. The Almighty knows the truth. Don't blame the innocent.

When something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it, leave it, walk away from it. Trust your judgement, your intuition, your feeling. It’s the Almighty’s way of guiding you and steering you away from what’s not right. You don’t owe anyone any explanation. Just do it.
