With the advancement of AI there is a good chance the Switch 2 will get hacked soon and while there isn’t much you can do to stop it You can certainly do your part in slowing them down and giving them hell before emulation starts.

@TentaMissileSCU you don't have to worry about that yet. This is a very early jailbreak that only affects software and not the console as a whole. We are still quite a way away from people being able to run pirated roms on Switch 2.
