@Kohls seriously has the worst customer service in the world. I got 2 different answers within 5 minutes. He tells me it’s sitting the in warehouse due to a “glitch” and they forgot to inform me. Then I’m told it’s out for delivery. Something needs to be done!

@HP your technical support is the worst. On hold for over 20 minutes after asking for a supervisor. So unprofessional and you just lost a long-time customer! Im tired of having to call and getting my printer replaced, now its not under warranty and I have to pay? I don't think so

@GE_Appliances we have been calling since April 5th trying to get someone to come in and fix the washing machine. Every time they tell us they’ll call back within 48 hours. Something needs to be done and done now because I’m done! Why is this okay? It’s not even 6 months old!

I’ve never had a bad drink from @Starbucks but today it happened. I’ve had the iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso a few times, but today I can’t even drink it and I’m already home. What a waste of $6.50.

@panerabread i thought curbside was supposed to be fast? Clicked “I’m here” and still waited over 30 minutes, finally went in, spoke to someone and she checked and it was sitting on the shelf. Never again will I order from you.
