Here is his past story:

In 1995 he kidnapped a 13yr old kid Sandeep Bansal, son of a businessman & later murdered him when ransom demands were not met

In 1997, a Delhi court sentenced Salim to life imprisonment. However, in 2000, he came out on parole and absconded.

Around 20 years ago, he settled in Ghaziabad, initially working in construction before becoming a cleric

About 7 years ago, he left Islam & added “Vastic” to his name. He later started a YouTube channel called “Salim Vastic 007,” where he spoke against Muslims, gaining support from certain Hindu groups & building an identity as an ex-Muslim.

Recently, after he was attacked in Ghaziabad, his name suddenly came into national discussion. During this period, Delhi Police became aware of his past crimes, verified them, and waited for his recovery.

Last night, Delhi Police arrived in Ghaziabad, arrested him, and took him into custody. He will now be presented in court.

This is the reality of the so-called Islamophobic scum which got national support from the BJP and other Hindu organisations.
