लाखों लोगों की कन्फर्म/वेटिंग/पूल्ड-कोटा टिकटें रोज़ाना कैंसल हो जाती हैं, पर सुविधा शुल्क वापस नहीं मिलता। ये सफेद लूट बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

यह वक्त है सार्वजनिक हित की आवाज़ तेज़ उठाने का IRCTC एवं सम्बंधित अधिकारियों से माँगें :>

नो टिकट = नो सुविधा शुल्क — अगर टिकट जारी नहीं हुई तो शुल्क तुरंत लौटाना अनिवार्य हो।

रिमोट-लोकेशन और एजेंट कोटे की पारदर्शिता सार्वजनिक हो कौन-कितनी टिकटें किस कोटे में जा रही हैं, यह खुलकर दिखाया जाए।

रद्द/कैंसल टिकटों के लिए ऑटो-रिफंड सिस्टम लागू हो मनमानी देरी बंद हो।

टिकट देने का झूठा वादा करने वाले ऐप्स/एजेंट्स पर सख्त कार्रवाई और भारी जुर्मा���ा।

यात्रियों के हक़ की रक्षा के लिए स्वतंत्र निगरानी और शिकायत निवारण तंत्र शीघ्र लागू किया जाए।

ये केवल पैसों का सवाल नहीं, यह ईमानदारी, न्याय और जनहित का सवाल है।
जब आप टिकट नहीं दे सकते, तो लूटने का कोई अधिकार नहीं। सरकार और रेलवे ��्रबंधन को तुरंत कदम उठाने चाहिए। वरना यह व्यवस्था जनता के विश्वास का कत्ल कर रही है।
हम यात्रियों के साथ हैं , पारदर्शिता, रिफंड और जवाबदेही अब अनिवार्य हैं।
