After finally watching Good Wilt Hunting, I see why people really love this episode, it gets serious with Wilt's backstory and meeting his creator again, a great way to end Season 4. I wish there were more specials to tell greater stories like this, but it's okay.
Jeremy Lin reveals that he spoke to Carmelo Anthony & squashed any prior misunderstandings off-camera and opens up about how he was willing to take a much lower contract to stay with the NY Knicks in 2012 free agency, but they didn’t even give him a contract 💔
Jeremy Lin ended up leaving the Knicks to sign with the Houston Rockets for 3 years/$25 million
“I was CRUSHED… That 3 day period felt like 3 months… I was like ‘there’s no way, I gotta go back to New York’… There was no contract. They could have offered me 3 years/9 million, but there wasn’t even that offer on the table… I tried to take less. I was trying to sabotage the Rockets offer… I would have played for SIGNIFICANTLY less if that meant staying with the Knicks because my heart was always here.”
The exact moment the "Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose died and Jon Moxley was reborn. 🔥
During a Shield interview about their career milestones, Ambrose dropped a total shoot promo right in front of Michael Cole, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins.
Mox even foreshadowed his AEW Double or Nothing debut:
“Eight years ago I walked into this casino, now I'm cashing in my chips, and I'm walking away from the table. I won the game.”
Look at Seth's instant reaction right before Mox speaks; he knew exactly what was coming. 😬
Both Roman and Seth looked so uncomfortable when the interview ended. That definitely didn’t go the way it was supposed to! 😅
@angelodotsui For those who aren’t old enough to remember or weren’t around, B&W were absolutely HATED when they first came out. History has been way nicer to these games in recent years but I’ll never forget the unnecessary hate these great games got.
I get the point of posts like this, but I need to reiterate for anyone who wasn't old enough to be there at the time: on release, bw were loathed. they were seen as the pinnacle of pokemon "going downhill" and "losing creativity". this style was abandoned because it was hated.
Smackdown before Elimination Chamber 2025:
Punk and Seth's hatred towards each other.
Drew to Punk: It's been 6 months, you're due an injury i owe you one 😭
Don't like Logan but him coming out to Cena's theme song was a good heel move.
Man road to 2025 EC was exciting 🔥🔥
The moment Edge and Jericho joined Team WWE against Nexus caused an absolutely insane reaction from the crowd 🔥
The cameras were literally shaking from how loud the arena got.
