Union Cabinet, chaired by Hon'ble PM Shri @narendramodi ji, has approved the extension of the one-time special package on Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) beyond the NBS subsidy at ₹3,500 per MT for the period from 01.01.2025 till further orders to ensure the sustainable availability of DAP at affordable prices for our farmer brothers.

This initiative will facilitate the easy procurement of DAP at subsidized and affordable prices. It is designed to improve soil productivity and ensure high-quality crop yields, reflecting the government's unwavering support for the agricultural sector and the welfare of the farming community.

I express my gratitude to PM Modi ji for this farsighted decision, which will positively impact the lives of farmers and contribute to the growth of Indian agriculture.
