@RonanFarrow@NewYorker@andrewmarantz This piece is going to define how people talk about AI governance for the rest of the year. The real story isn't about one CEO. It's that the entire industry's safety infrastructure depends on the goodwill of a handful of people who answer to no one.
This is my Obsidian vault, run through Claude Code. Cool setup. But the model is rented. My context goes in, the intelligence stays someone else’s.
What I run at https://t.co/JB2OpRlpcM is the opposite. An Individual AI built only on me. My voice, my story, my decisions. It thinks like me and stays mine.
Owning your notes is good. Owning your model is the point 💡
What would you trust to an AI that was actually yours?
Try this, click on my @Uare_ai link below and scroll down to where you can chat with me. Ask me to help you with your story. I am not a tool master, I am a story doctor who can help you reach your best expression of your story. Try it out. You can even upload what you’re writing and get me to collaborate. I own nothing. This is truly exciting.

In 1996, @TIME asked: "Can Machines Think?"
Their answer: "They already do. So what's special about the human mind?"
30 years later, that question is an invitation.
Attended the first-ever TIME100/AI Leadership Forum in NYC with @RobLoCascio this week.
The room agreed: AI doesn't replace what makes us human. It preserves it. That's exactly what we're building at @Uare_ai
Thanks @jsibo for bringing together leaders who are getting this right.
You ever get advice from an AI that was technically correct but felt completely off?
That's because it was built for the most common version of your question. Not yours.
We've been fixing that. Individual AI.

Good morning! ☀️
This is my first video made with @Uare_ai
The workflow is good, I just wrote the script and the AI generated the storyboard and the full video directly
The result is actually pretty good! There are a few glitches (like characters duplicating or spawning out of nowhere 😅)
It’s completely hands off. No more generating clips one by one and manually stitching them together in an editor. If you hate the manual hassle, this is perfect for you
Considering it’s still in beta, this is a very solid first impression. If they keep improving, this platform is gonna be insane
started building my personal AI agent on @Uare_ai and tried the video feature.
after a short discussion, the AI agent turned a simple idea into a 60s animated short film called “Unlikely Friend”.
pretty impressed by the visual quality, consistency, and storytelling.

Here’s my first test since joining the @Uare_ai beta program, and safe to say this was the fastest workflow I’ve ever had.
From storyboard generation to full video execution, every single shot was created on @Uare_ai and the entire process took me less than 10 minutes 😮💨
The fun part? The inspiration for this video came from a short story my little niece wrote.
And here’s the thriller: “NIMIRA”
You are now the main character. Be who u are!

Here's my first test with a creating around 60 second video of my Avatar Weake Hero short film.

Karpathy built his reputation making AI
understandable to everyone.
Now he's going back into the lab.
I don't think that's a coincidence.
There's a chapter of this technology that can't be explained yet.
He's going to go write it.
That gap between what's being built and what most people understand is about to get wider.
