Today in Parliament, I asked the Civil Aviation Minister whether they are working towards a compensation framework for passengers affected by significant flight delays!

Telecom Companies ऐसे Recharge Plans offer करती हैं जिनमें ‘Daily Data Limits’ जैसे 1.5GB, 2GB या 3GB per day होती हैं, जो हर 24 hours में reset हो जाती हैं। बचा हुआ data midnight पर expire हो जाता है, जबकि उसके पूरे पैसे पहले ही दिए जा चुके होते हैं।

आपको 2GB के लिए charge किया जाता है। आप 1.5GB use करते हैं। बचा हुआ 0.5GB दिन खत्म होते ही गायब हो जाता है। कोई refund नहीं। कोई rollover नहीं।

मैंने आज यह मुद्दा Parliament में उठाया की जिस data के लिए हमने पूरी payment की है, वो दिन समाप्त होने पर Expire नहीं होना चाहिए।

बचा हुआ data अगले दिन की data limit में carry forward होना चाहिए, ताकि users Data इस्तेमाल कर सकें जिसके लिए उन्होंने पहले ही pay किया है।

संसद में आज मेरी demands हैं -

1.सभी users के लिए Data carry-forward / Data rollover की सुविधा दी जाए। जो data दिन के अंत तक use नहीं होता, उसे अगले दिन की limit में add किया जाए, न कि validity खत्म होते ही ख़त्म कर दिया जाए।

2.अगले महीने के recharge amount में unused data का adjustment का option दिया जाए। अगर कोई user लगातार अपना data under-utilise करता है, तो अगले monthly recharge में उस value का adjustment या discount मिलना चाहिए। users को बार-बार उस लिमिट के लिए pay नहीं करना चाहिए जो वे use ही नहीं करते।

3.Unused data को relatives और friends को transfer करने का option दिया जाए। Unused data को user की digital property माना जाना चाहिए। उपभोक्ता को अपने daily data limit से unused data दूसरों को transfer करने की permission होनी चाहिए, बिल्कुल उसी तरह जैसे पैसे transfer किए जा सकते हैं।

आज मोबाइल डेटा कोई luxury नहीं, Digital oxygen बन चुका है। टेलीकॉम कंपनियों की ये लूट बंद होनी चाहिए।

राघव चड्डा ने पार्लियामेंट में कंज्यूमर अधिकार से जुड़ा बेहद अहम और बुनियादी मुद्दा उठाया.

राघव चड्डा ने कहा, यूजर अपने मोबाइल फ़ोन पर जब डेली डाटा रिचार्ज कराता है, तो रिचार्ज प्लान के हिसाब से डाटा यूज लिमिट मिलती है,

यूजर का 1.5 GB, 2 GB या 3 GB डाटा रात को 12 बजे EXPIRE हो जाता है, यूजर का बचा हुआ डाटा कैरी फॉरवर्ड नही होता.

राघव चड्डा ने कहा, यूजर हर डाटा या प्लान पूरा पैसा देता है. अगर 3 GB में 1 GB डाटा बच जाता है तो उसे यूजर को दूसरे दिन मिलना चाहिए.

Monthly प्लान में कंपनी किस तरह डाटा लूट रही है, राघव चड्डा जी का पूरा वीडियो सुनिए. अक्सर हम सबका 30% या 40% तक डाटा बच ही जाता है. इस बचे हुए डाटा पर यूजर का ही अधिकार होना चाहिए.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @aajtak @TheNewspinch @DoT_India @JM_Scindia मैने 23 जनवरी को अपने वाईफाई में 5जी नेटवर्क की कंप्लेन की थी। लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं,mail लिखा कुछ नहीं, सिर्फ हर बार एक no से कॉल आता है पता और समस्या पूछा, लेकिन कोई ठीक करने नहीं आया।

I complained about slow speed and not having a 5g network but no one came to resolve the issue. Yesterday and today I received a call but only they asked for an address and an issue. What type of service is this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

This is the condition of Indian railways.a special train having a fair 500 more from other superfast trains for spj to Ndls & the train is 14 hr late. This is not the first time, it's regular pattern of this train. @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw should stop this train facility 🙏

Is going to late 2.5 hr.
1 hr at tilrath hault then 1 hr at barauni junction and now it is at somewhere since 30 min after 2km from barauni.
Also there is no water in bathroom.

U can see the network strength of @JioCare & @airtelindia . I port one of my no. due to their worst strength & internet speed. Now it's time to port my 2nd no. to airtel. The ever worst service provider in the village area.
