Evil Rick waiting for his Morty to snap out of it. Evil Rick apologizing, but Morty knows he’s lying. Evil Rick driven to the point of a sincere apology. Morty just gets worse. Rick’s redemption is spurned. Evil Rick dying actually believing all Morties are bastards.

The best part of writing Fanfare is imagining that even after they become Super Fans, every once in a while, Rick does something so frustrating that Morty has moments of clarity and goes back to yelling at Rick for being the stupid old man he is 💛💙

its not gonna be a fic but like, disillusioned AngelMiami helping Rick become and overlord. Turns out boning grandpa and inspiring other Morties to do the same DOES send you to hell. And now Miami Rick is acting like a season 1 dickhole grandpa
