@Asst_to_the_RM Here's a few: performance reviews (either altogether or change parts), rework rank into tiers (i.e a 1sg would outrank an lt), eliminate/severly reduce meetings, integrate mos skills tests into promotions, integrate personality tests into job recruitment and selection.
