Hi,
I dont understand why ICC rules allow to change the ball and that too with a completely different complexion, Colour, Shine, etc.
Seen that happening in Ashes last summer again today in England Vs SL test
Any thoughts?

Just an observation, knowing you plan against every batter watching their videos, I saw since the ashes against Lyon and in the first 2 test matches, Crawley has been flicking balls towards short leg/backward short leg

Assume the bowling side has lost all the reviews, Batting side is 9 wickets down but has a review left. In this situation there happens a close LBW appeal
So, Should the umpire try to give out? Or should he just back his learnings and experience?
