I'm still falsely banned, support is taking forever to reply to my appeals, even if they are automated.

I might have to start preparing a MIDR at this point.

It’s been 5 days since my beloved Roblox of 10 whole years account got banned and the account, o0***** linked to my account isn’t even mine. There is no reason why many innocent people with an false enforcement ban have to suffer like this.

It's extremely frustrating trying to get a human to review my appeals, as I haven't had any luck for now😭

There's no evidence listed below my ban notice. And every appeal I make ends up with only bots replying to them.

It has officially been about a week since I've gotten falsely banned from roblox. I wasn't documenting the other 5 days as I thought I'd just be able to get appealed quickly. Although now it's extremely hard to find a human reviewer.

Although I have been researching more on what I could do to help appeal my case, I found a few options thankfully.

Again, it really shouldn't take a while to get a response from a roblox support agent, especially during a severe false positive such as this 😭

Still falsely banned from Roblox without having any evidence provided to me.

Replying to the thread I had opened on saturday, asking for a support agent to review my appeal instead of having AI redirecting me over and over.

Still falsely banned with no response from the support team yet. I'll make a fresh new appeal tomorrow, and post this issue on the DevForums soon

Support is still definitely an unnecessary hassle.

I haven't spammed appeals to avoid being filtered as spam, I've also not sent an appeal as of late because of some "queue" i'm in currently

@Iguana2002real @prekaution1 @Roblox Yeah it's incredibly frustrating being falsely banned even right before fall break for some people including me, if roblox really cares about bettering moderation then you'd think they'd make sure AI errors like these don't happen in the first place, it's all unfortunate 😭
