...things for my son's packed lunch. Now I've just received an automated refund this morning with no explanation or apology, and now when placing a new order, several of the items I wanted are out of stock so I'm going to have to visit a store again. Terrible customer service :(
@Morrisons Really disappointed, placed a grocery order for delivery yesterday, didn't turn up, called customer services and no-one was able to say what was going on, but promised a call back which didn't happen. Late for work this morning as I had to go to a store to buy...
@Morrisons in the last 3 months I’ve saved nothing on my personalised offers, keep using the card u say, waste of time, I’m not the only one to complain about this, you have really let your customers down, the only winner is you.
Just had to use a self-scanning machine in @Morrisons#Stirchley because there were no human checkouts available. I'm OK with technology generally - I am a software engineer, after all - but I really dislike using these machines
@Morrisons It’s fun because when the helpline answered after 45 minutes and told us that the driver had cancelled our order and someone else’s without telling anyone, we were given a new slot today and promised some wine and chocolate to say sorry. Shock horror none was delivered 👏
