@bewakoof has the shittiest customer care to ever exist. I have been mailing them for a week and they don't even reply to my emails. Just ask us for 24-48 hrs and forget everything like nothing happened.

@bewakoof U guys are just making me wait again and again. FYI the package should have been picked up on 16th aug which was last week. Everyday I ask u about the pickup u add more 1-2 days than the previous time and give me the time. Because of ur lack of mgmnt i'm unable to go to work.

@bewakoof I ordered an item and I didn't like it so I requested a return and the pickup guy never showed up. And now on the website they are saying delivery failed. And now when the 15 days return period will be over they will say "we are sorry, we cant proceed it"😡
