In a welcome move, the Government of Telangana has decided to issue Family Register Certificate through the MeeSeva platform (₹62 as service charge). I had made a representation along with @FaheemQureshinc. The certificate is one of the 12 acceptable documents under the Special Intensive Revision. It will benefit many poor & undocumented people if they receive notice. I hope this facility is used by the people. I thank the state government for its timely decision.

A young man identified as Ali Khan was allegedly beaten to death following a dispute over a train seat near Bordehi railway station in Madhya Pradesh’s Betul district.

According to reports, Ali Khan, a resident of Chhindwara, was travelling to Bhopal with friends on a passenger train when a disagreement reportedly broke out over a seat with another passenger who boarded from Parasia. Although the matter initially appeared to calm down, the dispute allegedly turned violent after the train reached Bordehi station.

Police said the accused allegedly called 10–12 associates to the station, who then reportedly assaulted Ali Khan. He sustained serious injuries and died at the spot. The Government Railway Police (GRP) has begun an investigation and sent the body for post-mortem examination while trying to identify those involved in the attack.
