🚨BREAKING: Lisandro Martinez’s statement on Instagram #MUFC

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

[Prime Video Sport UK @primevideosport]

Lisandro Martínez did NOT hold back after United's loss to Atletico 😬👀

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

[MUFC Scoop @MUFCScoop]

Lisandro Martinez: “We had a fantastic season last season and now we expect more from the top, from the people upstairs, to bring in more players to compete, because many teams have signed a lot of players as well.

This is not a Champions League quality squad. I think the players can do more, but it's also important to build a strong squad to be ready for these kinds of nights.”

No van ni 2 minutos haha, tantita madre @ManUtd_Es 🤦🏻‍♂️

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

Exclusive 💣

Manchester United begin process to identify next head coach, sources indicate.

Club sources have confirmed that Manchester United have started formal progress on appointing a new manager.

Representatives of Julian Nagelsmann are open to listening to the club’s future plans and assessing whether the project aligns with his client’s footballing philosophy.

Senior figures at the club are now understood to believe that current head coach Michael Carrick is not the right profile to take the team to the next level technically long term.

Michael Carrick will need a miracle to stay on as manager long term which the club expect won’t happen.

New Manchester United manager incoming 🔜

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

No sirves Carrick

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

#MUFC line-up v Spurs 4-2-3-1

Lammens; Yoro, Maguire, Martinez, Shaw; Tielemans, Mainoo; Amad, Fernandes, Cunha; Mbeumo

Rashford, Dalot drop to bench.

Amad’s fitness means Mbeumo can go up top, Cunha left. Yoro at RB after his France debut

The players are back at Carrington ahead of the Premier League return tomorrow 💪🔴 #MUFC

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation.

The club has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right.

The Premier League Board’s intention is that the full process (including any appeals and publication of relevant decisions) is concluded as soon as possible.

The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18:
- Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs
- The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators
- Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits
- During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld)

[Fabrizio Romano @FabrizioRomano]

🚨 Manchester United CEO Omar Berrada statement.

“We are pleased to have secured record revenues and adjusted EBITDA which demonstrates the underlying strength of our business, particularly in a season without European football”.

“This shows the direct impact of the work we have been doing over the past two years. It also proves Manchester United’s enduring popularity and commercial strength. While these results confirm that we are on the right trajectory, we will continue to take a disciplined approach to ensure our finances remain sustainable”.

“With that financial sustainability in mind, we have strengthened both our men’s and women’s teams during the summer window and our men’s team has seen the return of Champions League football to Old Trafford”.

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

[MUFC Scoop @MUFCScoop]

Michael Carrick: “I didn't think we did [look passive]. Did you think we were passive? Football is a difficult game.

We controlled a lot of the first half and we played a lot of good football today. There is going to be spells when you don't have it go your own way.

The goal they scored, and arguably there is a foul at one point on Matheus [Cunha], and it is two deflections. It goes their way.

To expect total dominance for the whole game, I don't think anyone gets that in this league.”

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

[ManchesterUnited @Im_United]

Nuestra defensa es de Ligue 1 o peor. Que tristeza da este equipo
