@ruxin34 Sadly not, only when you are opening up your party but realistically since you have 1/8000 chance, saving that time of just resetting instead of clicking and opening up the summary on a female does save a lot of time.

@ruxin34 If you would like to save some time, starters in gen 2 cannot be shiny if female so if you see one just reset right away 🤙🏻 also there is a certain HP totodile can be shiny at. If you care to look up some videos.
