Paid renewal for my & my father’s Niva Bupa policy via Policybazaar. Payment deducted, refunded as “technical glitch,” paid again. Policybazaar says customer cancelled (no proof). NB says no payment received/no EMI option. Policy lapsed @PolicyBazaar@NivaBupaHealth @IRDAIonline

Because of this mismatch, our policy has lapsed and we are currently without coverage despite making payment attempts.

@airtelindia My WiFi SSID was reset to default "Airtel Zero Touch" by your engineer. Issue wasn’t fixed, but I could still use the internet—turned out I was connected to my neighbour’s WiFi with same SSID & password! Huge privacy risk. Many nearby routers had same default setup.
