PASTOR, STOP USING PEOPLE (PART THREE)

There is a kind of weariness I feel when I look at some churches today.
Not the weariness of attack,
But the weariness of ambition… wrapped in GOD’s name.

It is the exhaustion of watching men build for GOD what He never asked for.
Fundraising for temples HE never designed.
Recruiting men for visions HE never gave.
Labouring day and night to raise a system…
That GOD never approved.

And the worst part?
They are using people to build it.

You promised them family,
But you only needed Workers.
You said “sonship”…
But you meant servitude.

And I tremble.
Because you have turned GOD’s people into bricks.
Bricks for a tower.
Bricks for your image.
Bricks for your brand.

Just like Pharaoh.
Just like Babylon.

“Come, let us build for ourselves a city… and a name…” (Genesis 11:4)

That is what Babel said.
And that is what many pastors are saying now without saying it.

Not “Let us build altars.”
Not “Let us carry His burden.”
But… let us make a name.
Let us gather men.
Let us expand branches.
Let us buy properties.
Let us increase reach.

But who asked you to build?

You say, “It is for the Kingdom.”
But GOD is not Aware.

You say, “We are taking territory.”
But GOD says, “I was not in it.”

You say, “We are raising men.”
But the men are broken and used
Because you trained them to serve your empire, not His altar.

Oh Pastor, be careful.

You are not a king.
You are a priest.
And in priesthood, you don’t use people.

The moment you start seeing men as “resources” and “tools” and “units”
You have left the path of CHRIST,
And entered the road of Cain.

“Woe unto the shepherds who feed themselves but not the flock…” (Ezekiel 34:2)

You’re not building GOD’s house.
You’re draining HIS sheep.

And yes, you may succeed.
The work may grow.
The branches may multiply.
The partnerships may increase.
The city may respect your name.

But when you stand before the Judge…
He will not ask how many you gathered.
He will ask what kind of men you formed.

Will He find disciples?
Or just exhausted men who laboured to build your golden calf?

PASTOR, BE CAREFUL.
He did not send you to use men.
He sent you to raise them.
And if the men you raise become burnt-out bricks for your platform,
Then GOD will rise and tear the tower down.

Just like Babel.
Just like every man-made monument before now.
