I’m Plato.
Arsenal first.
I tweet about football, basketball, chess, and life as I experience it.
No fake depth. No forced opinions.
Just sports, reality, and honest thoughts.
Fischer once affirmed that, beyond calculating individual moves, he eventually began to see the invisible forces behind the chessboard. This allowed him to anticipate the game direction long before others could.
This is what Mastery looks like 💯.
I honestly thought I would have gotten over this trophy celebration by now, but I still can’t 😢
Every moment brings back memories of the banter, the mockery disguised as jokes, the painful calls and texts, and those heartbreaking results.
The countless nights at the viewing centres, walking home disappointed with head down. Seasons filled with hope, only for it to slip away at the very end. Key players leaving when we needed them most
But today, it’s different.
A German Team: Unfamiliar.
They no longer feel like the Germany we grew up watching.
Once upon a time, the squad is often comprised of world-class stars from defence to attack; strong personalities, and a football identity everyone respected.
Now, it just feels unfamiliar.

Teaching chess to children constantly reminds me of one difficult truth:
The hardest shift is getting them to think for two people. In most parts of life, we are trained to think only about our own actions. But in chess, that’s not enough. To play well, you must think about your plan and your opponent’s plan at the same time.
Your opponent’s ideas are just as important as your own
In marriage, there are two leaders.
The husband and the wife.
The husband leads from the front and the wife leads from behind.
When the man leads from the front, he becomes the head of the home.
When the woman leads from behind, she becomes the neck of the home.
The head will not stand without the neck.
And will not survive too.
The neck determines the direction of the head.
But the head must signal to the neck which way to turn.
Because the head is where the brain resides.
And the brain determines what the neck does.
If the brain is malfunctioning, it would give the neck the wrong signals.
So do not expect the neck to take full responsibility for the neck's failure.
End.
@ArsenalRG8@Alarsenalnews_ You can't blame Saka 💯 because if the team loses a match, we the fan will come for Saka and Odegaard before we remember Gyokeres.
All he did was for the betterment of the team as well. Remember, even Henry also complained about Gyokeres' first touch at some point.
That Szoboszlai free kick was a Queen move in the game of chess; elite and decisive, but got captured by a pawn.
He was later red carded
City cameback.
Liverpool lost. 🤦🏾♂️
